I first began with Pomeranians in 1979.
My first pom was a cream male.
He was one of the smartest poms I have ever owned. His name was Wee Captain of Little Hearts,
which led to our kennel nameóWee Hearts. Captain lived to be 17 years old.
I met my mentor, Marlene Scott Halsey,
after I had been breeding for several years (without much success).
The dogs were cute, just not what I wanted. She introduced me to some of the greatest poms, the Great Elms line.
I combined this with Scotia lines; many champions followed.
I was able to purchase two more champions that had a significant impact in my lines.
Ch. Chriscendo Western Express (Chad), bred by Christine Heartz, and
Ch. Southlandís Janesa Berry Tby, bred by Charlotte Creed, Jerri Freia, and Nina Berry.
Hope you enjoy your visit, please come back often.
